Recently, China National Intellectual Property Administration announced the results of the twenty-third China Patent Award, and CTTQ's invention patent "Solvents of Raltitrexed and its preparation method" won the China Patent Excellence Award.
China Patent Award is the highest award in the field of intellectual property, and the only national award to reward invention patents in China, which is jointly awarded by China National Intellectual Property Administration and the World Intellectual Property Organization, and is an internationally influential intellectual property award. After winning the "China Patent Excellence Award" in 2020, CTTQ won this award again after 2 years, which is the affirmation and encouragement from the country to the company's scientific research strength, innovation ability and patent protection work.
The award-winning invention patent "solvent compound of Raltitrexed and its preparation method" solves the problem of poor water solubility of Raltitrexed and creates an original refining method of Raltitrexed, which breaks the convention of not using alkali-soluble acid analysis, not only avoids the excessive impurities, but also greatly improves the long-term stability of the product and enhances the medical standard of Raltitrexed. The patented product, raltitrexed for injection, is a new type of thymidylate synthase inhibitor antitumor drug, with two new drug certificates and more than ten domestic invention patents, and has won the honor of National Torch Plan Industrial Demonstration Project, First Prize of Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Progress, Second Prize of Science and Technology Award of Chinese Pharmaceutical Society, First Prize of Science and Technology Award of Nanjing Pharmaceutical Association, etc.
