Recently, Nanjing CTTQ's "NJCTTQ" LOGO was successfully registered in Madrid. This is another breakthrough in the"going out" of intellectual property rights after the international layout of patent PCT.  

  The Madrid System for the International Registration of Marks was established in 1891 and consists of the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks and the Protocol Relating to the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks. At present, this system is the most economical and convenient way for enterprises to realize the internationalization of their own intellectual property rights. By filing an application for registration in one place, the international registration of trademarks can be filed in multiple contracting states within the system. The successful registration of international trademarks provides an important guarantee for the company to help innovation-driven transformation and upgrading through brand competition and achieve high-quality development, and also lays a solid foundation for the protection and use of overseas intellectual property rights.   In recent years, Nanjing CTTQ has actively deployed and promoted intellectual property rights, applied for more than 200 patents and registered more than 500 trademarks, completed the "Nanjing High-Value Patent Cultivation Center Project", won the Nanjing Excellent Patent Award and the Jiangsu Provincial Intellectual Property Strategy Promotion Plan Project, and several products such as Yilunping® and Tianqingning® have been awarded as provincial and municipal famous brand products and famous trademarks. In the next step, the company will focus on trademark brand cultivation, improve the ability of trademark registration, application, management and protection, give full play to the leading role of trademark brand in the internationalization strategy, enhance the value of trademark brand, and further improve the competitiveness and influence of Nanjing CTTQ brand in the development of pharmaceutical industry around the construction of the company's intellectual property management system and management capacity.
